The suite comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen bed, couch, and air mattress available as needed. A small dedicated desk area provides a comfortable workspace for remote work or planning your next park day. With blazing fast 400mb+ WiFi and an impressive 77 inch LG OLED Smart TV, the suite is fully equipped for both productivity and entertainment. The private kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and essentials for light meal preparation. While there is no stove or oven, it is perfect for quick breakfasts, snacks, and takeout nights after a long day exploring. The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and essential toiletries for your stay. For added convenience, guests have access to a washer and dryer, making this suite especially comfortable for longer stays or families visiting the parks. You will enjoy a private entrance with smart lock access, allowing flexible self check-in anytime. There is plenty of street parking available directly in front of the property. Please note: This suite is located on the same property as another unit. While fully private, you may occasionally hear normal residential activity. No Parties: Gatherings, parties, or commercial events are strictly prohibited. 100% Smoke-Free: Smoking or vaping of any kind is forbidden inside the studio. Trash Day: If your stay extends into the week, trash bins go out Sunday evening. Kitchen Care: Please rinse used dishes and wipe down major spills before departure.
